About These Terms

These terms apply to use of this website and to vehicle enquiries made with Prestige and Performance Cars. Vehicle purchases may also be governed by a separate order form, invoice, finance agreement, warranty document, or handover paperwork.

Vehicle Information

We aim to keep vehicle descriptions, mileage, prices, specification, history, and images accurate. Listings are prepared in good faith, but customers should confirm important details with us before travelling, reserving, or buying. Errors may be corrected without notice.

Availability and Reservations

Vehicles remain available until a sale or reservation is confirmed by us. A reservation does not transfer ownership. Reservation terms, including whether any payment is refundable, will be explained before payment is taken.

Viewing and Test Drives

Viewings and test drives are subject to appointment, vehicle availability, suitable identification, driving licence checks, insurance requirements, and our discretion.

Payment and Ownership

Cleared funds are required before a vehicle is released unless we agree otherwise in writing. Ownership transfers only when full payment has cleared and all required documents are completed. We may decline cash or third-party payments where checks are required.

Part Exchange

Any part-exchange valuation is based on the information provided and our inspection of the vehicle. We may revise or withdraw a valuation if the vehicle condition, mileage, history, finance status, ownership, or specification differs from what was disclosed.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Used vehicles are sold with consideration for age, mileage, condition, history, and price. Faults caused by wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accident damage, or unauthorised repair may not be covered in the same way as faults present at the point of sale.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review it. Our complaints process is set out in our Complaints Procedure.
