Complaints Procedure
Our Approach
We aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly. If you are unhappy with a vehicle, our service, or the way an enquiry was handled, please contact us as soon as possible with enough detail for us to investigate.
How To Complain
Write to Prestige and Performance Cars, Unit 14 Astra Business Park, Guinness Road, Manchester, M17 1SD, or call +44 7447 053504. Include your name, contact details, vehicle registration where relevant, purchase or enquiry date, and a clear description of the issue.
What Happens Next
We will acknowledge your complaint, review the information available, and may ask for further documents, photos, inspection reports, or diagnostic evidence. We will explain our position and any proposed next steps once the review is complete.
Vehicle Fault Complaints
If your complaint concerns a vehicle fault, please avoid further use where it may worsen the issue or create a safety risk. We may need to inspect the vehicle before agreeing a repair, rejection, refund, or other remedy.
Escalation
If we cannot resolve your complaint directly, you may seek independent advice from Citizens Advice, Trading Standards, or another appropriate dispute resolution route. Any finance-related complaint may also need to involve the finance provider named in your agreement.
